This policy explains what the current Inner Resonance website processes, what it does not process and where information is stored.
No account or email is required; personal directions are generated temporarily on this page.
Inner Resonance is developed and operated by ELYSION Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. This policy applies to the Inner Resonance website, personal-report preview and web Hertz Studio.
The website offers personalised sound and lifestyle experiences. It is not a medical, psychological or clinical service. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, identity documents, bank-card information or other sensitive data unrelated to the experience.
Choices in the anonymous experience: listening goal, preferred sound texture and any listening context you voluntarily enter. These choices generate a sound direction on the current page.
Optional cultural-profile details: date of birth, birth time to the minute and city-level place of birth. The anonymous experience does not require these details, a name or an email address.
Data on your device: only after you actively enable Functional Storage in Cookie Settings may the site save Hertz Studio works, sound parameters and local discussion drafts on this device.
Essential access data: deployment and security services may generate basic logs such as IP address, browser type, access time and errors to keep the site secure, troubleshoot faults and maintain service.
Personal-report preview: the current form is calculated in your browser. The details are not automatically sent to our server when you generate a preview; the form state is cleared when you refresh or close the page.
Hertz Studio: without Functional Storage consent, works and settings last only for the active interaction and are not written to local storage. After consent they may remain on this device; withdrawing consent clears known local works and drafts.
Cookies, pixels and similar technologies: strictly necessary technology supports security and remembers your privacy choice. Analytics, marketing pixels and functional storage are off by default. See the Cookie Policy.
Contact email: when you choose an email link and send a message, your chosen email provider processes it and we use it to answer your request.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use birth details, listening intentions or Studio works to create cross-site advertising profiles.
The current site contains no Meta Pixel, advertising tracker or non-essential analytics script. Information may be processed by bound technical providers or competent authorities only where necessary to operate the site, where you give explicit permission or where the law requires it.
Browser form state lasts only for the current page session. Consent choices are kept for up to 180 days. Functional local content remains until you delete it, withdraw consent or clear site data. Essential access logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and operations.
We use access controls, data minimisation and security measures proportionate to the current product. No network or local-storage method can guarantee absolute security, so protect your device and browser account.
This product is intended primarily for adults. Anyone below the digital-consent age in their region should use it only with a parent or guardian's knowledge and agreement, and should not submit personal information independently.
If the product adds accounts, cloud saving, payment, analytics or other data processing, we will update this policy before enabling the feature. Material changes will be explained prominently on the site.
