1. Scope

Inner Resonance is developed and operated by ELYSION Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. This policy applies to the Inner Resonance website, personal-report preview and web Hertz Studio.

The website offers personalised sound and lifestyle experiences. It is not a medical, psychological or clinical service. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, identity documents, bank-card information or other sensitive data unrelated to the experience.

2. Information we process

Choices in the Web Studio: the channel frequencies, volume, duration and sound settings you adjust on the current page.

Optional cultural-profile details: The name, gender, birth date and time, country or region, city, city coordinates and time zone you choose to provide. Birth details are used for this report calculation; previous state questionnaires are neither retrieved nor filled in for you. Email and necessary authentication information are processed only when you choose to sign in.

Data on your device: only after you actively enable Functional Storage in Cookie Settings may the site save Hertz Studio works, sound parameters and local discussion drafts on this device.

Essential access data: deployment and security services may generate basic logs such as IP address, browser type, access time and errors to keep the site secure, troubleshoot faults and maintain service.

3. How information is used

• Display your listening preferences, generate a free summary from the birth details entered for this visit, and show protected personal-report content according to identity and access rights.
• Save Studio works and parameters that you actively choose to keep.
• Reply to support, privacy or partnership enquiries that you initiate.
• Protect the site, diagnose technical problems and improve the product experience.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and protect the legitimate interests of users, the brand and the public.

4. Where information is processed

Personal-report preview: Free personal report summaries do not require sign-in. After you agree and submit, the website sends your birth details to the central report service for calculation, without saving them to an account by default. Guest reports are accessible only through the guest session in this browser. Account history, full reports and PDFs require separate identity and access checks. Personal reports are not public or included in site search.

Hertz Studio: without Functional Storage consent, works and settings last only for the active interaction and are not written to local storage. After consent they may remain on this device; withdrawing consent clears known local works and drafts.

Cookies, pixels and similar technologies: strictly necessary technology supports security and remembers your privacy choice. Analytics, marketing pixels and functional storage are off by default. See the Cookie Policy.

Contact email: when you choose an email link and send a message, your chosen email provider processes it and we use it to answer your request. Product email updates are a separate, optional registration choice sent to the account service. Declining does not prevent registration and does not enable analytics or advertising.

5. Sharing, sale and advertising

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use birth details, listening intentions or Studio works to create cross-site advertising profiles.

Technical providers process necessary information for sign-in, hosting, report calculation and email support. The website and account analysis services currently run in a US AWS region, which may differ from your location. We may also disclose necessary information to competent authorities to meet legal obligations or protect lawful interests.

6. Retention and security

Guest sessions are valid for 15 minutes from creation. Related details and reports are held temporarily in server memory and cleared when you end the report session or it expires. Closing the page does not immediately clear the guest session on the server. Unsubmitted forms remain only in the current page session. Closing the page does not delete submitted account details or reports; the account service manages their retention and deletion. Contact us to request access or deletion. Cookie choices remain until expiry or removal; device-local work remains until deleted or functional storage consent is withdrawn. Records required by law or for security may have a separate retention period.

We use access controls, data minimisation and security measures proportionate to the current product. No network or local-storage method can guarantee absolute security, so protect your device and browser account.

7. Your choices and rights

• Browse public articles and use the Web Studio without entering birth details.
• Leave optional fields blank or stop the related experience at any time.
• Reopen Cookie Settings in the footer and withdraw analytics, marketing or functional-storage consent.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we actually hold.
• Withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Where applicable, request restriction, data portability or complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

8. Children

This product is intended primarily for adults. Anyone below the digital-consent age in their region should use it only with a parent or guardian's knowledge and agreement, and should not submit personal information independently.

9. Policy updates and contact

Last updated: 21 September 2026. We update this policy and provide appropriate notice of material changes to purposes, processing or rights. New purposes requiring consent will be presented as a separate choice.
